What are the best uses for roll off dumpsters?

The two primary uses for roll off dumpsters are large cleaning projects and construction projects. Here are some examples:

  2. large spring cleaning projects yard waste removal
  3. cleaning out a house prior to a sales listing
  4. kitchen and bath remodelling projects

What are the common dumpster sizes and which size should I rent?

Dumpsters are measured by the number of cubic yards a container will hold, eg. a 10 yard dumpster will hold 10 yards of waste materials. The average bin sizes are 5yds, 10yds, 15yds, and 20yds.

Estimating the amount of debris a project will generate can be tricky, it's usually best to just give us a call and we can help you estimate the best size for your project.

What things impact how much it will cost to rent a dumpster?

The two things that have the biggest impact on the cost of renting a dumpster in the GTA are where you are located and how much debris you need to have removed.
Your location will have a significant impact on the cost of renting a dumpster as each landfill and municipality will have different fees and taxes associated with disposing of the contents of a dumpster, the difference can be 300 to 400% from city to city.

The amount and type of debris you will be disposing of will also have a big impact on the cost. Simply the more material and the heavier it is the more it's going to cost.

What are the best steps to take if I need to rent a dumpster?

The process of renting one of our junk Bins is straight forward. We are committed to providing straight forward pricing and a high level of customer service. Three easy steps:

1. Take into consideration the amount of debris you need to dispose of, if you are unsure, be prepared to describe your project over the phone in order for us to assist you in picking the right size bin.

    2. Schedule a delivery date and provide any specific details about where you would like to have the dumpster placed on site. If you will need the bin during a busy time, like spring, it is best to schedule as far in advance as possible.

3. When you're done loading the dumpster, give us a call and let us know you are ready for pick up. We will pick up the loaded bin within 24 hours and take it to the landfill or transfer station.

Are there items that you will not take?

There are some materials that we cannot take. These include but are not limited to hazardous materials such as chemicals, gasoline, oils, solvents, car batteries, asbestos, propane tanks, paint or any type of toxic or biological waste.

How high can I load the bin?

We ask that you load your materials only to the top rail of the bin. If overloading occurs, additional charges may be assessed, as per our rental agreement. If the materials are loaded to an unsafe level, the bin will be unloaded accordingly. This is to ensure safety.

How do I pay for a bin rental?

PayPal, Any Major Credit Card, Visa Debit, or Cash.

To ensure that the job is priced fairly and your neighbours and property is protected, it is important to rent from a licensed and insured waste management provider. We can assure that your waste is disposed of correctly, while adhering to City bylaws and environmental laws. There will be NO LIABILITY to you. How soon will the bin be delivered?

Same day! We will do our best to accommodate your schedule. We will hold a bin for you for a specific date within a reasonable time frame.

Can I move the bin?

No. Any damage what so ever that is not normal wear and tear including but not limited to graffiti, will be the responsibility of the client. We will move the bin if it is required.

What happens if I need the bin for a longer period of time than originally expected?

We pride ourselves on customer service, and will do our best to accommodate you. Bin rentals are for seven days.
